  • Realizing shorter baking time by high temperature baking in furnace

  • Renewing shutter structure, it realized the best steaming bake, and also,
  • significant decrease of waste heat towards baking staff.

Development History

The point of potential high manpower productivity of the Baumkuchen production, is baking process. It limits the operator who has influence of product quality.


Then Fuji-Shokai wandered that
“Can we make more tasty Baumkuchen in shorter time ?”


however it is meaningless if it loses the deliciousness.
“How the temperature in furnace?”, “How the recipe ?”, “How the operation ?”
Hardware production staff, Baumkuchen baking staff and Baumkuchen product development staff gathered in one team, and exchanged each opinion, and tried test baking in many times, then improving oven repeatedly.
We broke the theory of baking Baumkuchen, and worked in a daunting amount of time and effort, then finally we achieved to complete our new oven “Freyja”.
